National Association of Black Accountants
About
In response to the evolving needs of its student members and to better represent its broader scope, NABA Baruch (the Baruch Collegiate Chapter of the National Association of Black Accountant Inc.) have diversified our interest, companies and the sorts of events normally held. This change not only signifies the organization's commitment to inclusivity but also its expansion to cater to students beyond just accounting.
NABA Baruch is one of the oldest and largest collegiate student chapters at Baruch College. Our goal at NABA Baruch is to engage, empower, educate, enhance, and elevate our members by providing a platform for skill development and amplifying their voices. We specifically aim to promote academic and professional excellence, and to encourage and support minority students pursuing careers in accounting, finance, or related fields.
Throughout the academic year, NABA Baruch hosts a variety of events, including networking opportunities, workshops, and guest speaker sessions. These events offer members the chance to connect with industry professionals, stay informed on current trends, and cultivate the skills necessary for career success.
Membership is open to all minority Baruch College students interested in accounting, finance, or related fields, and offers access to scholarships, career resources, and leadership roles. NABA Baruch is a fantastic resource for students looking to excel academically and professionally, while also networking with like-minded individuals and experts in their field.
